Splashup.com is a program where you can edit photos and create your own picture. It's an online, free editing tool. You can open an image from a choice of websites like Facebook. If you want to create your own photo, you can open a blank document. The features might be familiar to you because it's similar to photoshop. Some tools that are also in photoshop are: crop, lasso, brush, smudge, text, eyedropper. Splashup would be easy for those who know photoshop and also for those who are beginners. It's really basic and simple which is why I chose this as my TechTip.
